Grigorios (Gregory) Mantekas was born in Greece on March 27, 1933.
Dear Dad,
I thought of you today but that is nothing new I thought about you yesterday and days before that too
I think of you in silence I often speak your name, All I have are memories and your picture in a frame
Your memory is my keepsake with which I’ll never part, God has you in his keeping,I have you in my heart.
Love you always, till we meet again. G.

Dear Dad, not a day goes by when I don't think of you and wish you still were here. My favorite poem I send to you:
Little knew that morning
That God would call your name.
In life we loved you dearly;
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
